This was a public bug bounty program running independently. It was an old program, many hunters out there do not track their programs. Any new changes made to the websites are not tested. So do not just skip over an old program, if you are hunting on H1 or BC, see the updates made by the company and when was the last report submitted. You can even read a report and try to bypass an already-found bug.
